HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
We will accept any unwashed/unworn merchandise items for return or exchange within 30 days of purchase (within 45 days of purchase for shipments outside of the United States). The return date will be determined by the postmark on the returned package.

I WANT TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE SOMETHING THAT WAS A GIFT, CAN I DO THAT?
We accept returns on orders that were purchased as a gift. Please note that a refund or any financial adjustment made on the order will be applied to the original form of payment only. If you are not the purchaser, the refund will be issued in the form of a Gift Certificate. If you are not the original customer, please include their name and zip code to help expedite the process.
WHAT IS NOT REFUNDABLE?
The following items or situations are not eligible for a refund or exchange: Wearable items that are washed or worn, open media, and downloads.
WHAT FORM WILL MY REFUND TAKE?
All refunds will be credited to the original payment source. If the original payment source is unavailable we reserve the right to issue an electronic gift certificate and transmit it to the email address provided when the order was placed, or to issue a refund check to be mailed to the billing address provided on the order. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable except in the case of a manufacturer’s defect.
WHO PAYS FOR POSTAGE?
If you are returning damaged or defective merchandise, we will pay the cost of return shipping. If you are returning an internationally shipped order, please include your shipping receipt. Please contact customer service for shipping reimbursement information based on your purchase. If we determine at our sole discretion that the merchandise you return is not eligible for return or exchange you authorize us to charge your original payment source the applicable return shipping charge.
ARE THERE REQUIREMENTS FOR HOW MY RETURN/EXCHANGE NEEDS TO BE SHIPPED BACK TO YOU?
For any returned merchandise valued in excess of $100.00 you must send the merchandise using a traceable and insured ship method. All other items can be sent by a method of your choice.
WHAT IF MY RETURN IS LOST IN THE MAIL?
No refunds will be issued for items not received by our returns department – we recommend you use a traceable ship method to insure successful delivery. Please be aware that the postage pre-paid return label at the bottom of this page is not a traceable ship method.

All shipments are sent out via United States Postal Service (USPS).
In-stock shipment typically ship out within 2-5 business days. If you order an item that is on pre-order or back-order, the entire order is held until all items are in stock and ready to ship. Orders are only shipped when all items are ready; we do not provide multiple shipments when they are part of the same order.
Once and order has been processed and the shipment has been created, your order is considered completed and becomes subject to our return policy. Jatta is not responsible for shipments once they have left our warehouse. Tracking/confirmation numbers are provided via email and the customer panel once the shipment has been created.
Shipping methods used
Domestic orders under 13oz in total weight:
The shipping method used for orders in this criteria is First Class mail. First class is trackable and typically arrives within 2-5 business days from the shipment date.
Domestic orders over 13oz in total weight:
The shipping method used for orders in this criteria is Priority mail. Priority mail is trackable and typically arrives within 2-5 business days from the shipment date.
International orders under 3lbs in total weight:
There are 2 options available with this criteria; the first is First Class International Mail. First class international is NOTtrackable online and does NOT have a guaranteed delivery time. Orders processed with this method will have a customs confirmation number that will be provided to the customer upon creation of the shipment. This confirms that the order has been shipped and left our facility (this is when your order is considered complete). The tracking for these orders does not update after confirmation of receipt. Typically delivery times for these shipments are 2-4 weeks after the shipment has left our facility, but sometimes it can take much longer. *Jatta is NOT responsible for any lost/stolen packages once the order has been shipped/completed and is no longer in our possession and would like all customers to understand this method is not able to be tracked or insured*. The other options for orders in this criteria is the Priority International method. Though it carries a higher cost, the delivery time is typically faster and also allows for online tracking while the package is in transit.
International orders over 3lbs in total weight:
The shipping method used for orders in this criteria is Priority International mail. Priority is a trackable shipping method and once the order has processed and shipped, a tracking number will be provided to customers via email and the customer panel. Typical delivery times for these orders are 7-10 business days from the shipping date.
